Hi, I’m Daniel, but you can call me Dani! I’m a non-binary audio engineer based in Helsinki, Finland, specializing in live sound and production. With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from intimate venues to large-scale festivals. Originally from Bergen, Norway, my passion for audio began in the music scene, and I’ve been captivated by the power of sound to shape experiences ever since.
My Approach
I believe that great audio is about more than just technical skill—it’s about creating an emotional connection. Whether I’m mixing a live show, managing a tour, or producing an event, I approach every project with creativity, precision, and a deep commitment to bringing your vision to life. I prioritize clear communication and strive to make the process enjoyable and collaborative from start to finish.

My Background
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—from technical director and production manager to FOH engineer and tour manager. I’ve worked in a variety of environments, adapting to the unique challenges of each setting while ensuring top-quality sound. My experience has given me a holistic understanding of how to bring all the pieces of a project together seamlessly, no matter the scale or complexity.
Beyond The Console
When I’m not behind the mixing console, you’ll likely find me experimenting with vegan recipes, adding to my tattoo collection, or chilling with my cat. I live a sober lifestyle and focus on the things that keep me grounded and inspired.
